Does Provision Tax Solution approve or deny the loan?

• No, Provision Tax Solutions does not handle loan approvals or denials. All loans are subject to the tax bank approval. We are unable to tell you why the loan is approved or denied by the tax bank. Any questions regarding the loan, you will contact the selected Tax Bank.

If I apply for the loan and submit my taxes, does that guarantee my approval?

• No approval is guaranteed.

Can I select my loan amount?

• No, only the Tax Bank can select your approved loan amount.

Can I apply for the loan without submitting my taxes?

• In order to apply for the advance loan, you must submit your Tax Return with Provision Tax Solutions. Once the loan is submitted for review your taxes will be officially filed the same day.

How many times can I apply for the loan?

• You are only able to apply once, even if you are denied. You will not be able to reapply with any Tax office until next tax season.
